A Memorial Service for the life and work of Air Chief Marshal Sir Peter Squire GCB DFC AFC DSc FRAeS, will be held at The RAF Church of St Clement Danes, Strand, London, WC2R 1DH, at 11.30am, on Friday 1st June 2018. Dress for the occasion will be full ceremonial day dress (no sword) for Serving Officers, morning dress or lounge suit (full size medals may be worn) for civilians.
Those wishing to attend are asked to apply for tickets (stating their connection, if any, to Air Chief Marshal Sir Peter Squire) from Mrs Michele Small, S03 RAF Ceremonial Events, RAF Ceremonial Office, RAF Northolt, Ruislip, HA4 6NG, by no later than Friday 27th April 2018. Please mark the envelope 'Air Chief Marshal Sir Peter Squire'.
Each applicant must provide their full name, home address, date and place of birth, as well as either a passport or driving licence number. Applications must be accompanied by a SAE to ensure the issue of tickets.
